Thursday 2.7.19 - Bacon Lardon Carbonara with fresh pasta.
Friday 2.8.19 – Pork loin with bacon marmalade, risotto and swiss chard.
Saturday 2. 9.19 - Pork Belly with creamy polenta, broccolini and house demi.
Sunday 2.10.19 - Breakfast Chicarrones of bacon lardon and pork rinds in a spicy tomato sauce with baked egg. Dinner-BLT with maple bacon and country bread.
