Holiday Tamales Class

Come and the learn how to make tamales with Chef Erik. He will go over the different sauces and protein to use for the stuffing; such as mole, Chile Verde sauce, red sauce. We will also go over the history tamales leading up to today. Class will include snacks, beverages and tamales to take home.
